Welcome to the Mayor of Concord website. Inspired by the growing locally focused blogs like  Halfway to Concord, I have decided to join the fray and help the cause. I really had no idea that there was so much to write about in our city until I started looking for it. Building a community online is great for sharing ideas, news and opinions and discussing them with others. This site will be focused on news in the City of Concord and surrounding area.

I live in Concord and have called it home for most of my life other than my services overseas while in the military. Concord holds a special place in my heart and I have been excited to watch it grow over the years. I work in the technology field and have been writing for years in the many sites that I maintain from business, marketing and social media. Blogging/Writing about the community just seems like the right thing to do.

If there is something you are interested in getting some extra exposure through this site, send me a message through the contacts section and include a link if needed. I will do my best to get everything the people of Concord need up on the site.
