We in Concord are somewhat channel focused on our City area which is where DeSaulnier has come from. I wonder if there are leadership potential elsewhere? I am also rather disappointed at the structure that seems to have evolved with term limits in creating a series of career tracks that supports long term politicians jumping from one seat to the next rather than a more open and competitive structure for leadership roles.
