Holbrook Heights Community Pool

Our community pool in Concord, CA is looking for a Pool Manager and Lifeguards for the 2009 season. We have both full time and part time positions available from May through September. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a friendly, professional manner who will be interacting with association members. Individuals must be service and detail oriented. We offer a competitive compensation. We will provide lifeguard training and certification!

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the pool facility consisting of two pools – adult/family pool and kiddie pool
- Supervise lifeguards
- Arrange programs for private and group swim lessons as well as a swim team
- Keep accurate accounting records of swim program
- Provide necessary orientation and training for pool staff
- Enforce association rules of safety and conduct
