The Associated Press is announcing that they have identified the couple responsible for the kidnapping of Jaycee Lee Dugard. The kicker is that the man Phillip Garrido, is a registered sex offender and may also be a part of a religious cult. Sounds like this case and the Elizabeth Smart are similar.
