New and Improved BART Logo?

I was posting the email of the news story regarding the OSHA fine for BART and was looking for the BART logo. This is what I found, a revised version of the logo that is being put on shirts for sale. Money from the shirt sales are going to the family of Oscar Grant, the man who was shot by a BART police officer on New Years.

I think the people who are selling these shirts should be fined for trademark infringement. Or better yet, arrested.
