Check out Rafael Garcia's uncle in the California upper courts, his name is David Garcia. Another uncle, Patrick Garcia is a criminal judge in El Paso, TX. They have strong connections to USF Law School in San Francisco (Northern California of course) Nunez's son may be guilty, but he's also being used as an example because of his father's status. Rafael Garcia has just as many politicos in his ring, and probably better legal advice. He turned on the rest of the group very quickly, didn't he? What ever happened? There will be a vigil marking the 1 year anniversary of Luis Santos’s death on Oct 4 on the campus of San Diego State University. The vigil will begin at 8pm in the parking lot of the Aztec Recreation Center on campus.
