Cell Phone Theft at Cellular Store Concord

Cellular Sales is located in Concord, CA 94520, in front of Fry’s Electronics in Concord Park and Shop. Being the areas largest cellular retailer, they get targeted by dishonest people from time to time. Good thing they have a bazillion cameras and a special YouTube channel where they post all of the videos of the criminals.
This video was sent to me today from Gary. It shows a couple of cell phone thieves caught on camera taking a phone out of the display case. What I don’t understand is why this guy’s mom is there. She seems to be the mastermind and he’s just doing the deed.
Either this store has a great covert security system of these people are blind since the camera seems to be right in their face.
Yeah…Real slick guy.

I don’t actually see them STEAL anything. Are you stereotyping these people calling them thieves? Is there more footage after it stops that shows them taking the phone?

It never ceases to amaze me how dumb criminals can be. Not only are there 10+ cameras in plain view (I also own and operate Advanced Security & Surveillance 877-JOB-CCTV) but they stole a product that can be traced via electronic serial number and GPS. They were also kind enough to leave excellent fingerprints on the glass and dummy phones.
Thanks for posting Mayor! Hopefully someone will recognize them and claim the cash reward!
I will be posting several other angles on YouTube later today, including their car.

Well, if criminals were smart, they wouldn’t be criminals. Thanks again for the video and let us know when the other angles are available so we can add those.
