Americas Next Top Model – Local Celebrity

For the past few years I lose complete control over the TV when Americas Next Top Model starts a new season. In fact I lose control of the TV at random parts of the year when they are playing old reruns of the show also. My wife and about 1 MILLION other women are addicted to this show.
Really Americas Next Top Model isn’t the worst show on the tube. Vampire Diaries must be one of the worst shows ever so I am alright with watching hot chicks try to become models.
As I was (being forced) to watch tonight’s episode, I saw that we have a local representative this year from Livermore.

Top Model contestant Brittany Markert is a math major, math tutor, and social chair of the math department. She can’t wait to get on set and let America see her a a model not a math major. (see more in the video below)

What’s with that outfit Brittany?
You can tell how ‘out of the loop’ I am – didn’t realize height was so important that they have the backdrop marked off in inches?
Anyway, at least she has a few smarts and didn’t come off as a ditz as I would have guessed most models are.
