My brother showed me a video of this Concord Crankster earlier in the year. It was on his cell phone and never made it to you tube. When I saw that there were additional videos of the Concord Crankster on YouTube I couldn’t believe it. I thought the rapper was just a one time show but it turns out, he’ll rap for anyone, anytime. I’m sure they throw down a few dollars for the ballad but all in all, it can’t be too expensive to get a self proclaimed meth-addict to rattle off at the mouth. I’ve seen this guy all over Concord, mostly down on Clayton Rd. and as far as Kirker Pass. For the most part he never looks to be causing any problems, just riding his bike to and from wherever he calls home. I think he must live in Newhall Park since that’s where a couple of the videos have been shot.
I’m all for getting some amusement out of the guy and I’m sure it’s fun for him too with all the attention. But you and I both know that this will eventually turn bad and the Concord Crankster will be video taped doing more and more crazy stuff and some tween will try to emulate Bum fights and it will all go down hill from there.

I see this guy in Concord also. He’s usually with another homeless guy on Clayton Rd. I never see him bothering anyone. Are there any stories of this guy being a menace?

I think his name is Steven he is a pretty chill guy doesn’t bother anybody and yeah usually is on Clayton Rd. I dont really know his story but he used to come in to City Gas where i worked to buy cigarretes,sometimes he would come in with cuponoddle soup and I would let him use the microwave to warm it up. I always say HI when I see him.

This guys is a really nice guy he kicks it near my work some times hes hella funny too. He Loves that he is Famous on you tube. lol
