We can't get on the trains at all. It is very stressful. BART just ignores their T.O.'s and passengers. Not to mention the dam last train is 10-30 minutes late every night. I don't have discounts given to me as a commuter into SF from the Concord area so any fee increase would come right out of my pocket.
