One of the "David" units said that it looks like a suspect they were looking for was inside the vehicle. The suspect was wanted for Assault on a peace officer, assault with a deadly weapon, Interfering with a peace officer and I believe robbery. A job well done by CPD!! I remember when the Mayor of Claycord was trolling The Contra Costa Times and putting his information down on the comments area. Readers blasted him for it, but he continued. You have every right to do what you're doing. The Claycord site has become classless and tracky due to his so called "Council members". They attack people for no reason as does the Mayor of Claycord. Everyone is valued their opinion and can disagree with me as much as they want. Local blogging is new water for me and I guess I need to wear my floaties for a bit longer. Like most blogs, this one will take on a life of it's own and I will be adding original content as I can. I don't want the life this blogs takes on as one of persecution. I am just not accustomed to getting so much hate mail from people in my own neighborhoods. I have plans for the site that take time to implement and as you know writing content takes time. I don't want to get into the day by day activities of Concord's business. I'd much rather find something in the city that needs to be fixed or highlighted and write about that. You have a book and that couldn't have been produced in a matter of weeks. Of which, where does one find out if they are an idiot or not? I appreciate you responding to my post and I do hope that I can make this blog into something people are happy with. If you read some of my comments, I think you have a lot of potential to be interesting - your background alone is interesting. A better question is whether you can come up with your own style and design. It is not about needing time to grow an audience; it is about having something that an audience wants to read.
